Camp Season:
June 29-July 31, 2026
Tuition
$4,295 Full-Day Language Arts & Recreation (8:15 a.m.-4 p.m.)
$3,250: Half-Day Language Arts & Recreation (8:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m.)
$1,750: Language Arts Only (8:15-10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.)
Additional Options
$295: Hot Lunch Daily (for Full-Day Campers) for all five weeks
$500: After-Camp Care (4-6 p.m.)
$30/day: After-Camp Care drop-in rate
There are no extra fees for supplies or activities.
Payment options
Payment can be made by e-check or credit card.
- Pay in full at the time of registration*
or
- Pay 50% at the time of registration and the remaining 50% on April 30, 2026
or
- Pay in monthly installments now through April 30, 2026
*Any registration after April 30, 2026 must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Refund Policy
If you need to withdraw your camper prior to May 1, 2026, you will receive a 75% refund of tuition and fees. The non-refundable portion is your camper screening fees and administrative costs. There are no refunds for withdrawals after May 1, 2026.

After Registration
Reading Assessment
Following registration, a Benchmark staff member will contact you to schedule a Reading Assessment, which will be used for placing your child in the appropriate Language Arts class this summer.
Form Completion
Please complete all necessary forms that apply to your camper by Monday, June 24, 2024. Camp Forms are accessible under the details section of your camper portal. We have also linked the forms that need physical signatures below for easier access.
- Camper Photo (for all campers)
- Non-Benchmark Student Parent/Guardian Questionnaire (for non-Benchmark students)
- Language Arts Teacher Reading Questionnaire for Non-Benchmark Students (for non-Benchmark students)
- After Camp Care Information and Questionnaire (for After Camp Care attendees)
- Camp Medication Administration Form(s) (if applicable)
All forms MUST be completed before the first day of camp for your camper to participate.
Travel Notice
If you are planning a vacation, we encourage you to arrange it around the summer camp session, so that your children may receive the maximum amount of instruction that the program provides.
Math Tutoring
Benchmark Math Specialists are available for students in grades 1-8, both in-person at Benchmark and via Zoom.
