REQUEST FOR BIDS
BENCHMARK SCHOOL
ACCESS CONTROL, VIDEO SURVEILLANCE, & INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM

 

Benchmark School, located at 2107 N. Providence Road, Media, PA 19063, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the provision and installation of an AVIGILON based access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection system.

 

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Furnishing and installing all required AVIGILON equipment and components
Integrating access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems
Providing all necessary cabling, infrastructure, programming, configuration, and testing
Delivering complete system documentation, training, and commissioning

A mandatory prebid meeting will be held at the school campus on April 3, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm EST.

 

Bids will be accepted by email on April 17, 2026, by 5:00 PM and must be clearly marked “Benchmark School Security Systems BID,” at which time they will be reviewed. Benchmark School reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and select the bid deemed in the best interest of the school.
